As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3/day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional.
Other Details to Note
Parties/Events: To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its guests. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the home, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500. Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction. Occupancy: Please note that only the numbers of guests on the booking are permitted to stay overnight, ensuring everyone’s safety and comfort. Any undisclosed guests beyond the number in the booking will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per night. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave. Parking: Kindly park only in designated areas. Please note that management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises. Smoking: No smoking anywhere, including outdoor spaces. This is strictly a non-smoking property with a $500 fine per violation. Damages: Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest. SECURITY This home includes security features such as smart locks, doorbells, and floodlight cameras for your safety and peace of mind. There are no parties allowed at this property and we ask you to maintain quiet hours from 10pm to 8am as a kindness to our neighbors. Any loud parties will be given one warning and then requested to leave immediately. If we have to dispatch security for any reason, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.
