Upon entering, you will see the spacious living room and smart TV. Also in this space is a cozy cough and hide-a-bed with a queen mattress for any extra guests that stay! Walking in, on your left will be bedroom 1 with a queen bed and private desk for your workflow needs. This desk is set up strategically to give you a view of the sunny neighborhood from within the safety and comfort of your own home. Continue walking down the hall and on your left.. bedroom 2. This bedroom is fitted with a nightstand, dresser, and a new queen mattress and frame along with large closet for clothes and linens. Also inside, an iron and ironing board so you stay looking sharp! Just past this bedroom is a kitchen and table so you can create your meals at home if you so choose. New fridge, new stove, new coffee maker, and dishwasher along with assorted utensils so nothing on the menu is off the table! On the right is the bathroom with a brand new shower installed. Extra toiletries and towels are abundant here as well. :) Keep going past the bathroom and you will find the backdoor. Open that up and voila, a washer, dryer, and linen closet stocked with extras of everything. Along with that is a private and fully fenced backyard for those fury friends! -- On the other side is the 2nd home. Let's go there! Walk up to the side gate just next to the main house and you will enter a large lot enough for 3 cars! Walk past the patio equipped with a new washer, dryer, and linen closet and you'll find the door to the 2nd home. Upon entering you will find a sparkling clean bathroom on your right, a living room straight ahead with large smart TV and cozy couches and chairs to take in a movie or favorite show. Past that is the stocked kitchen with new fridge, stove, coffee maker, and table with chairs to take in home-made meals made with love. - Kitchen Sink Faucet has CuZn UC-200 Water filtration system for drinking ( USE COLD ONLY ) If you keep going, you'll enter the bedroom with a large king bed, dresser, smart TV and large closet for linens. No stone was left unturned in equipping this home to ensure a great stay for you and your family. Oh and I almost forgot to mention, there are mini-splits in every room of both units to ensure you are comfortable at all times no matter where you are in the home! 📌NOTE: This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3/day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
