Our Property
If you're looking to stay in a large four bedroom house in a great neighborhood close to South Coast Plaza, beaches, freeways, etc. You've found the right place! I will be at work 7am to 6pm weekdays. My buddy Ryan works in the restaurant industry and he works 3 to 9pm few times a week. We are pretty laid back and chill. The room for rent is fully furnished with a mini fridge and an air filter. There is a window overlooking our big backyard which is accessible ! :)

Good to know
Fully furnished room with Queen sized bed, TV, and dresser. 8400 ft² of backyard and dining area to take in those warm Orange County California mornings. We just installed brand new floors and a memory foam mattress topper! Next to 405 and 55 freeways 20 minutes from Disneyland 10 minutes from the beach Shops and amenities walking distance 5 minutes from the OC Fair 85 inch TV + HBO Max, Netflix, etc. available in living room assigned parking up front 1 bedroom in large house with 55 inch TV in room Working professional, easy-going roommates The whole house has filtered water Full use of kitchen facilities (new fridge!) Full use of entire house including large screen tv and living area Did we mention great roommates? :) It will be 3 of us, Ryan and I are both buddies and have been living together for 3+ years. I work as an engineer during the day and a real estate investor. I will be gone 7am to 6pm weekdays. My buddy/ roomie Ryan works in the restaurant industry and he works 3 to 9pm.
