The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $3/day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. Before You Book: Units 225 and 227 are part of a shared-wall layout, common in many cozy multi-unit properties. While this typically isn’t a concern, sound can occasionally travel—so a little extra mindfulness goes a long way in ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone.
